First requirement is that you are enrolled on or passed CeFA1/CeMAP 1. Following that there will be initial interviews and vetting by our CAS programme Directors: both of whom have over 20 years experience in the industry.

Stage 1 features:

• 5 day training programme.
• Sales & Presentation skills
• Full fact find coaching
• Video recording
• Client file creation
• 100% Supervision
• Reason for recommendation reports
• Additional workshops
• Sign off on successful completion of TWO observed role play cycles
• 40% commission

Stage 2 features:

• Up to 6 months programme.
• Mentoring
• 20 Sales from 8 clients
• Presentation meetings
• CPD & Competence Portfolio
• 100% Fact Find and completed file checking
• Reason for recommendation reports
• Sign off on completion of THREE observed role play sales cycles
• 70% commission

Stage 3 features:

• Up to 6 months programme.
• Leadership imperative program
• Presentation meetings
• CPD & Competence Portfolio
• 100% Fact Find and completed file checking
• Sign off on completion of compliance audit and full field visit
• 80% commission
